Mountain Kids Music

   Lisa was the owner of Noteworthy Music Studios for 5 years. She taught music theory and application to children from 5years old & up. It was at that point she realized there were so many underprivileged children that were un-able to afford lessons and that something had to be done to afford them the same privileges. So she created a foundation RockCo to be able to bring them into the world of music providing them with instruments & lessons. For 2 years she struggled to rent a building, pay teachers and purchase slightly used instruments for the Children. Over time the expenses became more than she was able to cover, but she continued her mission on her own providing lessons from home and instruments as they became available. Through the Grace of GOD, Mark White & The Beat Goes on global Internet radio show that Lisa now Co-Hosts she is able to renew her dream of giving to these children & the community. So came the birth of Mountain Kids Music and with the help of the community, Several Sponsors and Volunteers,  Lisa is once again able to provide the gift of music & instruments.
